By signing and/or using articles provided by Peddlers 30A, LLC (“Peddlers”), the customer acknowledges that he or she assumes all responsibility and liability for injuries to persons or damages to property associated herein. Customer shall defend: indemnify against _ and hold Peddlers 30A. LLC (“Peddlers”) and employees harmless from any and all claims arising out of the Customers use or use of provided articles by themselves or others, express or implied- Customer authorizes Peddlers 30A, LLC (“Peddlers”) to charge the credit card on file fix and all damages or late, lost, or stolen articles provided to the customer (up to S350 for most adult bikes), including helmets, baskets, locks. etc., as deemed appropriate by Peddlers 30A. LLC (“Peddlers”).
